The quickest and easiest way to apply for an investor pass is to apply upon registering. To do so please complete the registration form and select 'Investor' when asked for your 'Company Type'.

The NYU IHIF Investor Pass is exclusively available for investors to attend the event and make direct contact with owners, operators and developers to drive investment opportunities across hospitality.

The NYU IHIF Investor Pass is available for $2,375, saving $1,365 on the final delegate rate. To qualify, you must meet the criteria set out below:

Be either an individual or an employee of a financial entity who owns or commits capital in the form of equity into hospitality businesses and/or hospitality real estate or is looking to invest equity in the hospitality sector, either via ground up development or by acquiring an existing asset.
The primary function of your role and company must relate to the acquisition of hospitality businesses and/or hospitality real estate.
Consent to participate in up to five pre-arranged appointments with relevant companies.

As a registered investor you will benefit from the following:

Invitation to join the Investor Council, a quarterly gathering of the hospitality investment community, whom represent active equity investors and major hospitality portfolios. These meetings are an opportunity to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice, with presentations from carefully selected expert speakers on topical themes to inform and help navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the hospitality market. Hosted in London, Continental Europe and the U.S.
